Shipping
- We offer free delivery to West Malaysia, RM20 for East Malaysia.
- At the moment, we do not ship outside of Malaysia.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes as someone has to physically sign the acceptance form attached to the package at the given delivery address.
- Once payment has been approved, we aim to deliver your order within 5 to 7 working days to West Malaysia and within 10 to 12 working days to East Malaysia (excluding public holidays). You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your order within the stipulated time, please contact us immediately.
Payment
- All online transaction currency is in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
- All online payments are made to RC Creations Sdn Bhd via Paypal (jomlepak@rojakculture.com).
- If you do not have a Paypal account, You can make payment through Paypal with your credit/debit card (Master, Visa, Discover, Amex).
Delivery
- We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order and the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout (as updated in the Order Confirmation).
- We shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
- Upon delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for delivery.
- Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
Non-Refundable
- Purchased products are non-refundable. Once payment is made, products are not refundable.
- You may contact us at jomlepak@rojakculture.com in case of any faults, defects or damage within 5 working days of the delivery confirmation date. You shall be able to provide the documents delivered with the Product, upon request. We will refund you your shipping costs of returning the merchandise to us, and arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you as soon as possible.

- RC Creations Sdn Bhd does not sell, share or trade customers personal information collected online with third parties.
- We will not share your information with any other organisations other than those third parties directly related to the delivery of the products you have purchased from our website.
